Is this the same microdermabrasion I can get in a day-spa? No!
Most day spas only provide aesthetic-grade microdermabrasion.

How long does a single Medical-Grade Microdermabrasion treatment take? Most facial treatments take thirty minutes. Other areas may vary.
How many treatments will I need? Although
single treatments will provide an immediate improvement, a minimum of
six treatments is recommended for long-lasting results. Your skin care
specialist will recommend a timeline between treatments for the most
effective results, which will usually begin one to three weeks apart.
After the first six sessions, you should receive continue to receive
monthly treatments to maintain your youthful-looking skin.
What is the downtime associated with a microdermabrasion? Because
there is suction involved some people end up a little pink after this
treatment, but this generally will fade after an hour or two.
Will one of your Medical-Grade Microdermabrasion treatments hurt? No. You will feel a little suction as the diamond tip glides over your skin, but it should not hurt at all.
What should I do after treatment? Microdermabrasions
are a non-invasive treatment with no downtime. You can resume your
daily activities immediately after treatment. We recommend that you
avoid direct sun exposure on the treated area for at least 24 hours.
The treated area also will be sensitive to hot water and sweat for the
first day. We recommend you apply mineral makeup immediately after the
treatment.
How soon can I expect to see results from Medical-Grade Microdermabrasion? You
will notice an immediate improvement after your first treatment. Your
skin will have a fresh pink glow and smoother texture. Improvements
continue throughout your treatment program.
Is Medical-Grade Microdermabrasion safe for all skin types? Yes.
Nearly everyone can benefit from Medical-Grade Microdermabrasion. Those
taking certain medications and those with rosacea or open wounds should
not have microdermabrasion. Medical-Grade Microdermabrasion can be
